Mercato: Pablo Sarabia will not be a problem for PSG

Loaned this season to Sporting CP, the Spaniard has found colors in Portugal. But his future remains in doubt.
Barred by the strong competition in the attack of Paris Saint-Germain, Pablo Sarabia (30 years) had, unlike other players of the club, agreed to join a lesser formation in order to benefit from a better playing time. A gamble that proved to be successful. On loan for a year to Sporting Portugal, the Spaniard had the most prolific season of his career with 22 goals and 9 assists in 47 matches in all competitions.
Logically, as his loan ends and he has two years left on his contract with Paris, the question of his future arises. Will he come back to the capital and play again as an understudy? Will he take advantage of his good year in Portugal to look for a team that can guarantee him a starting place? Questioned at length by Marca about his adventure in Portugal, the Spanish international (18 caps, 7 goals) took stock.
Sarabia has not decided anything yet
“Until now, I have not thought about it. I’m enjoying the season, the moment, the tribute they have given me. In a few weeks, it will be time to hopefully focus on the national team roster because the season is not over yet. I hope to be able to participate in these four games of the Nations League. From there, we will sit down and see what the best option is for PSG and for me. I am very grateful to Paris, to Leonardo, who has been phenomenal with me, and whatever happens, there will be no problem,” he said.
“I have not yet taken the time to think about the best option. Last summer it cost us to make a decision. It’s time to take stock of the whole season, which is not over yet. When these games are over, if I have the chance to be in the national team, we will sit down and see what the options are and which one will be the best for my goal, which is to be in Qatar”. It is said!
